REGA Launches Saudi PropTech Hub (SPH)

REGA's Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, announced the launch of the Saudi PropTech Hub (SPH), a dedicated center for stakeholders in real estate technologies within and outside the Kingdom, aimed at empowering the sector and serving as its primary innovation platform. The announcement came during the opening of the Global PropTech Summit organized by REGA in Riyadh. SPH includes a Regulatory Sandbox now accepting startup applications, a Real Estate Technology Accelerator launched with the National Technology Development Program (NTDP) and Startup Wise Guys, the Global PropTech Summit itself, and a PropTech Council for industry experts.
