The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 15 joint inspection tours in October, covering 192 real estate establishments across the Riyadh, Eastern, Makkah, and Madinah regions. The tours aimed to ensure compliance with real estate legislation, including the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and addressed Saudization and urban landscape requirements. During the same period, REGA's inspection teams carried out 19,633 field operations, detecting 764 violating advertisements, processing 271 reports, and conducting over 13,717 electronic scanning operations. REGA warned that violations may result in warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines, and urged brokers to comply with real estate laws.
