REGA Announces Start of Real Estate Registration in Eight Districts in East Riyadh Beginning 17 Dhul Hijjah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلاناً ببدء التسجيل العقاري في ثمانية أحياء بشرق الرياض اعتباراً من 17 ذي الحجة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the launch of real estate registration for 51,293 plots across eight districts in Riyadh City — Al-Naseem East, Al-Naseem West, Al-Manar, Al-Salam, Al-Rayyan, Al-Rawabi, Al-Rabwah, and Jarir — beginning 23 June 2024 (17 Dhul Hijjah 1445 AH) and continuing until 26 September 2024 (23 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH). Registration is available via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or designated service centers, and property owners must hold an updated electronic title deed issued by the Ministry of Justice with complete ownership data. With this phase, the districts covered by the Real Estate Registry in Riyadh City reached 77, comprising a total of 9,671,191 real estate plots.
