“REGA” and “Mukatafah” Sign Joint Cooperation Agreement to Raise Awareness and Develop Procedures

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and Mukatafah Commercial Services Company signed a joint cooperation agreement on 6 November 2023 during the first edition of the Saudi PropTech conference in Riyadh. The agreement aims to organize workshops to raise awareness about real estate regulations and to empower real estate projects in property and facility management by developing their procedures in line with modern market trends. The two parties will also collaborate to support initiatives and priorities outlined in the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector.
