Future Real Estate Forum 2025 Launches in Riyadh

Minister of Municipalities and Housing and REGA Chairman Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail inaugurated the fourth edition of the Future Real Estate Forum in Riyadh, under the theme "A Future for Humanity: From Dreams to Reality," with participation from more than 120 countries and 500 speakers. He stated that the Real Estate Brokerage Law, the Real Estate Contributions Law, and the Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law and their regulations have enhanced market reliability and contributed to significant growth, noting that in the past year 192 licenses were issued for projects worth over SAR 147 billion (approximately USD 39.2 billion). The forum spans three days and includes an accompanying real estate exhibition featuring local and international companies and investors.
