REGA Announces 48 Districts Benefiting from Real Estate Registry in Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن استفادة 48 حيًّا من السجل العقاري في الرياض والدمام والمدينة المنورة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that seven regions in Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah will benefit from the third phase of the Real Estate Registry, covering 368,565 real estate plots across 48 districts spanning 910.27 square kilometers. Registration runs from 24 December 2023 (11 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH) to 28 March 2024 (18 Ramadan 1445 AH), via the Real Estate Registry's electronic platform or designated service centers, requiring a title deed issued by the Ministry of Justice, valid identification, and a power of attorney if submitted by an agent. Certified registrars will conduct field operations in the designated regions from the announced registration date, with each property receiving a unique property number and title registration deed.
