Global PropTech Summit Concludes First Day by Highlighting Saudi Arabia’s Role in Shaping the Future of Real Estate Technology

The Global PropTech Summit, organized by REGA in Riyadh under the patronage of Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail and in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), concluded its first day with sessions on data analytics, emerging technologies, modern construction, and the roles of virtual reality and AI in real estate. REGA CEO Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad affirmed the sector's digital transformation goals, and National Housing Company CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti highlighted digital platform development efforts. The day featured REGA's launch of the Saudi PropTech Hub (SPH) and the signing of several agreements to attract accelerators and support real estate technology companies.
