REGA: Over One Million Operations Conducted Through "Mullak" Platform by End of 2023

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that its 'Mullak' electronic platform, which enables owners of jointly owned real estate units to form owners' associations for managing shared facilities, recorded over one million operations and services since launch. As of the report, more than 126,000 members across 36,000 owners' associations covering over 160,000 real estate units interact with the platform; in 2023 alone over 28,000 members joined 9,100 associations, more than 470 unified national numbers were issued since mid-year in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, 290 associations opened bank accounts, and more than 480 contracts were concluded between associations and property managers via the platform.
