REGA Concludes Participation in "Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024"

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) concluded its participation in Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024, held 11-14 November at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme "Future of Life," bringing together participants from more than 50 countries. During the event, REGA's CEO Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad launched the Real Estate Developers Portal within the Real Estate Registry Platform, enabling developers to register, issue off-plan sale licenses, display sale certificates, and register ownership under buyers' names. The exhibition saw agreements worth more than SAR 180 billion and featured over 400 exhibiting entities and more than 100 institutional investors.
