REGA: Over 100 Million Square Meters Subdivided as of October

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that its "Real Estate Unit Subdivision" program has surpassed 100 million square meters of subdivided real estate since inception through October, with the platform processing over 45,000 applications and resulting in more than 317,000 subdivided units — including approximately 312,000 residential, nearly 4,000 commercial, and over 400 administrative units. Through automated integration with the Ministry of Justice and the Baladi platform, the subdivision process is completed entirely electronically, reducing processing time from up to 60 business days to just 5 to 10 business days. Jeddah ranked first in subdivided units with more than 86,000, followed by Riyadh with over 77,000, the Eastern Region with 39,000, Makkah with 29,000, and Aseer with more than 24,000 units.
