REGA Conducts 18 Joint Inspection Tours During January to Ensure Real Estate Market Compliance

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 18 joint inspection tours during January, visiting 231 real estate establishments across the Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions to check compliance with real estate legislation, including the Real Estate Brokerage Law and Saudization requirements. During the same period, REGA's teams carried out 14,635 field operations, detecting 11,489 violating advertisements, received 572 reports, and conducted over 13,752 electronic monitoring operations. REGA warned that violations may lead to warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines.
