REGA CEO Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, speaking at the opening of the Real Estate Media Forum, described media as a partner in developing and sustaining the real estate sector and praised its role in documenting sector achievements and conveying beneficiaries' views. He said REGA has introduced regulations requiring those providing real estate consultations and analysis to obtain licenses, to ensure their qualifications and adherence to professional standards. He added that REGA makes real estate data available to media outlets to reinforce transparency.
