The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the qualification of (27) real estate developers for the Real Estate Contributions activity license, following their completion of the Saudi Real Estate Institute's training program and fulfillment of qualification requirements. This qualification is a prerequisite for applying to license real estate projects under the Real Estate Contributions Law and Regulations, which came into effect at the beginning of 2024. REGA also announced that the Saudi Real Estate Institute launched a new series of training courses under the Real Estate Contributions track, consisting of three mandatory courses required to obtain the qualification certificate.
