REGA Launches Real Estate Advertisement License Inquiry Service

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) launched a Real Estate Advertisement License Inquiry Service, letting brokers, property owners, and seekers verify an ad's validity by license number, brokerage contract number, or ownership document, and check whether the license is active, expired, or canceled. REGA said a valid brokerage contract including marketing rights is required to issue such a license, urged compliance with real estate laws to avoid penalties such as warnings, license suspension or revocation, or fines, and invited reports of violations or fraud via its channels or customer service number 199011.
