REGA: More Than 96,000 Units Subdivided Covering Over 30 Million Square Meters in 2023

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that 96,700 real estate units were subdivided across the Kingdom during 2023, covering total areas exceeding 30 million square meters, based on nearly 13,000 applications received through its electronic platform. The subdivided units comprised over 95,000 residential units, more than 1,000 commercial units, and approximately 100 administrative office units. Riyadh led among cities with more than 28,800 subdivided units, followed by Jeddah with over 27,800, Makkah with over 7,300, Aseer Region with over 5,100, and Taif with over 4,300. Since the program's inception through October, the platform has recorded over 100 million square meters and more than 317,000 subdivided units across more than 45,000 applications.
