REGA Announces Launch of Real Estate Registry Operations for 26 Districts in Dammam City and 14 Districts in Al-Khobar Governorate

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلاناً بإطلاق عمليات السجل العقاري في 26 حياً بمدينة الدمام و14 حياً بمحافظة الخبر

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of real estate title registration operations for 87,318 plots across 26 districts in Dammam City and 14 districts in Al-Khobar Governorate. Registration begins 3 November 2024, corresponding to 1 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 Hijri, and continues until 6 February 2025, corresponding to 7 Sha'ban 1446 Hijri. A valid title deed meeting legal requirements is required, and each registered unit will receive a property number and title registration deed. REGA said additional regions and districts will be announced in future phases.
