The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) on Tuesday, 6 February 2024, aimed at enabling and advancing the real estate market in Saudi Arabia through strengthening PropTech, data, talent development, policies, and regulatory frameworks. The MoU was signed by REGA's CEO, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and PIF's Head of the Real Estate Investment General Administration, Mr. Ayman Al-Mudaifer, and outlines four PropTech centers: the Capital Center, Solutions Center, Adoption Center, and Enablement Center. It also emphasizes joint talent development, including access to training and courses from the Real Estate Institute for entry-level real estate professionals.
