REGA Conducts 14 Joint Inspection Tours During December to Ensure Real Estate Market Compliance

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 14 joint inspection tours during December, covering 228 real estate establishments across the Riyadh Region, Eastern Region, and Makkah Region to ensure compliance with real estate legislation, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and Saudization regulations. REGA's inspection teams also carried out 20,452 field operations, detecting 10,141 violations in real estate advertisements in public spaces, while electronic scanning operations exceeded 28,714 during the same period. REGA urged brokers and real estate service providers to comply with applicable laws to avoid penalties including warnings, suspension or revocation of licenses, or financial fines, and invited the public to report violations via REGA's official platform or by calling 199011.
