REGA: Registration Period for Properties in Five Riyadh Districts Ends Next Thursday

REGA announced that the deadline for initial real estate title registration in five Riyadh districts — Al-Hada, parts of Sidrah, Al-Shu'lah, Al-Fursan, and Al-Nukhbah — as part of the fourth phase of the Real Estate Registry rollout, ends by the close of next Thursday. It urged owners to register through the Real Estate Registry Platform before the deadline, noting that title registration issues a property number and official title deed. REGA stated that failure to register within the specified period may result in financial penalties as stipulated in the Law of Real Estate Registration, determined by a specialized violations committee, though applications will remain open even after the deadline.
