The CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), Engineer Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, visited the Noor Riyadh celebration, one of the Riyadh Art program projects overseen by RCRC, where he reviewed the participating artworks and artistic experiences enriching Riyadh's creative scene. Noor Riyadh has attracted visitors since its launch in 2021.
