Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Ministry of Culture Sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Develop the Cultural Scene in the Capital

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Ministry of Culture signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the Cultural Investment Conference (its first edition), organized by the Ministry of Culture at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh. The MoU covers joint cooperation to implement a number of strategic cultural and artistic projects in Riyadh City to enhance the cultural scene across the capital.
