Royal Commission for Riyadh City Announces the Conclusion of the Objection Submission Phase via the Real Estate Balance Platform

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has announced the conclusion of the objection submission phase regarding eligibility results for purchasing residential land via the Real Estate Balance Platform, which began on 8 November 2025. All submitted objections will be reviewed by the committee formed for this purpose, ahead of the electronic lottery scheduled for 17 December to select those eligible to purchase residential land.
