The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced the lifting of the suspension on lands located west of Riyadh totaling 33.24 square kilometers, enabling landowners and property holders to sell, purchase, plan, partition, subdivide, and obtain building permits. The urban code of Wadi Hanifah and its tributaries area will apply to the area where the suspension was lifted.
