On the sidelines of the Global Health Forum 2025, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority to develop the transport system and speed up emergency response in the capital. The MoU forms part of RCRC's efforts to develop smart, integrated transport infrastructure and focuses on achieving advanced operational and technical integration in emergency services.
