The Public Prosecutor Inaugurates the Proceedings of the Fourth Annual Meeting of the Association of Arab Public Prosecutors

The Public Prosecutor, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Muajjab, in his capacity as chairman of the Association of Arab Public Prosecutors, inaugurated the association's fourth annual meeting in NEOM, attended by public prosecutors and heads of public prosecution bodies from several Arab countries. In his opening remarks he stressed the importance of strengthening judicial cooperation to combat organized crime and highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in developing criminal justice systems. He noted that the wide spread of electronic platforms and AI applications, amid insufficient protection, has contributed significantly to rising crime rates, including human trafficking, forgery, electronic fraud, and money laundering.
