The Public Prosecutor, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mu'jab, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars, praised the royal address delivered on behalf of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman at the opening of the second year of the ninth session of the Shura Council. He said the address reflected the Kingdom's national achievements, progress toward Vision 2030's strategic goals, and development of a diversified economy built on strong public finances not reliant on a single source.
