The Public Prosecution, represented by the Human Trafficking Prosecution, organized a specialized workshop in the Eastern Province on the occasion of the World Day Against Human Trafficking Crimes, attended by heads of human trafficking prosecutions from regional prosecutions. The workshop discussed obstacles facing prosecutorial work in combating trafficking crimes and aimed to exchange expertise among participants. Participants agreed on recommendations including greater use of modern technology and artificial intelligence in investigations, and developing coordination mechanisms among relevant law enforcement bodies.
