The Public Prosecutor, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mu'jab, stated that the issuance of the Civil Transactions Law will be comprehensive and will regulate civil life matters, providing stability in civil dealings between citizens and residents based on Islamic Sharia while keeping pace with modern developments. He said such reference laws will limit disputes between individuals, expedite dispute resolution, contribute to predictability of rulings, and raise integrity and efficiency in the judicial apparatus, thanking King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for this development.
