The Public Prosecution and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority signed a cooperation agreement on data and information exchange and electronic linkage between the two bodies. The agreement aims to coordinate cooperation between the two parties to exchange data, information lists, and operations related to their competencies, in accordance with the Public Prosecution Law, the Law of Criminal Procedure, and the Unified Customs Law of the Gulf Cooperation Council states.
