Implementation of Electronic Integration Between the Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Commerce

The Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Commerce completed electronic integration and mutual procedures between the two bodies, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to improve work procedures and combat crimes threatening economic security such as money laundering, concealment, and commercial fraud, as well as crimes related to the companies and commercial data laws. The integration reduced the time for cases to move from the Ministry of Commerce to the Public Prosecution and for procedures to be exchanged between them to under three minutes.
