The Public Prosecutor Chairs the Periodic Meeting of Their Excellences the Regional Prosecution Chiefs in Al-Baha

The Public Prosecutor, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mu'jab, chaired the periodic meeting of the regional prosecution chiefs at the Al-Baha Prosecution Office, attended by assistant deputies. He highlighted legislative progress in the Kingdom and comprehensive development of the Public Prosecution's structure and work mechanisms, and stressed close cooperation between prosecution offices and government bodies, compliance with judicial regulations, and continued efforts against organized crime, particularly financial and cross-border crimes. He also called for facilitating procedures for visitors, expediting case resolution, and intensifying inspection tours of prisons and detention facilities. The annual meeting aims to review performance reports and achievement indicators for judicial and administrative work and discuss improvements to prosecutorial criminal procedures.
