Public Prosecutor Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Youssef launched the "Institutional Transformation" program at the Public Prosecution to strengthen governance, total quality, and justice values, aiming to develop the work environment and build a more efficient institutional system. The program covers dimensions including institutional performance efficiency, governance and procedural engineering, digital transformation, human resources, financial programming, and beneficiary experience. A supreme steering committee and executive teams were formed by his decision to oversee and implement the program.
