The Public Prosecution and NEOM Company Sign a Memorandum of Understanding

The Attorney General, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mu'jab, and the CEO of NEOM Company, Eng. Nadhmi Al-Nasr, signed a memorandum of understanding between the Public Prosecution and NEOM Company at the Attorney General's office in Riyadh. The memorandum aims to build a strategic partnership and enhance joint cooperation between the two parties in line with their vision, and includes initial work for the Public Prosecution to perform its judicial duties within NEOM city in the public interest, legal cooperation aligned with legislative development in the Kingdom, exchange of expertise and human cadres, and contribution to economic development toward Saudi Vision 2030.
