The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health, part of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and led by Secretary-General Engineer Majid Al-Fuwais, participated in the opening of the World Initiative on Occupational Safety, Health and Wellbeing Conference held alongside Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, from 16 to 19 July 2025, with the participation of the Ministry of Energy and the private sector. The Council, the Ministry of Energy, and a number of national companies showcased Saudi Arabia's leading programmes, initiatives, and latest technologies in occupational safety and health at the accompanying exhibition, alongside awareness, training, and reporting activities. The Council affirmed that this participation reflects the Kingdom's commitment to strengthening its international presence and exchanging expertise with global bodies in line with Vision 2030 targets.
