End of the Outdoor Work Under Sun Exposure Ban Campaign

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in coordination with the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health, announced the end of the period for applying Ministerial Decision No. 3337 dated 15/7/1435 AH, which bans outdoor work under sun exposure at all establishments, from 12pm to 3pm. The decision applied for three months, from Sunday 19 Dhul Hijjah 1446 AH corresponding to 15 June 2025, until Monday 23 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH corresponding to 15 September 2025. During the ban, establishment compliance reached 94%, with 29,121 field visits conducted, 2,414 violations recorded, and 325 complaints received by the Ministry.
