Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Announces the End of the Outdoor Work Ban During Peak Sun Hours Application Period for 2023

وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية تعلن انتهاء فترة تطبيق قرار حظر العمل تحت أشعة الشمس لعام 2023م

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in coordination with the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health, announced the conclusion of the 2023 outdoor work ban during peak sun hours, which applied to all establishments for three months from Thursday, 26 Dhul Qi'dah 1444 AH (15 June 2023) to Friday, 30 Safar 1445 AH (15 September 2023), pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 3337 dated 15/7/1435 AH. Establishment compliance with the ban reached 95%, supported by awareness campaigns, employer workshops, and field inspection tours across all regions of the Kingdom.
