The law includes: definitions, scope of application of the law, the non-prejudice of the provisions of the law with the provisions of other laws, personal data, selection of the processing entity, access to data, data collection, data content, data destruction, data privacy, data disclosure, data modification and updating, data retention, data preservation, data leakage or corruption, assessment of the effects of data processing, processing of health and credit data, personal means of communication, photographing official documents, data transfer, law enforcement supervisory body, data records, creation of an electronic portal, complaints, violations and penalties, violation review committee, control of violations, preservation of data confidentiality, issuance of regulations, publication and enforcement.
