Based on its mandate to set cybersecurity policies, governance mechanisms, frameworks, standards, controls, and guidelines in the Kingdom, the National Cybersecurity Authority developed the Cybersecurity Controls for Entities' Social Media Accounts to help raise the national level of cybersecurity. The controls enable national entities to strengthen protection of their social media accounts and reduce the risk of official accounts being stolen, misused, or impersonated.
