The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (Kfa'ah) and the National Center for Waste Management signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on implementing best practices in waste management programs and recycling the electronic waste they generate, while committing to the legislative requirements of each party. The memorandum was signed by NWMC CEO Dr. Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Sabai and Saudi Energy Efficiency Center Director Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi. Under the memorandum, Mawan reviews and approves the center's waste-related initiatives and shares its list of licensed operators and approved technical requirements for waste management activities.
