Council of Ministers Decision No. 457, dated 11-8-1440 AH, approved the establishment plan and organization of the National Center for Waste Management. The decision directed the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, in coordination with relevant bodies, to review systems, regulations, orders, and decisions affected by the organizational approval and propose amendments within no more than three months from the date of the decision.
