The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN) to cooperate on emerging-technology solutions for waste-sector challenges, signed during the third edition of the AI summit in Riyadh. The MOU was signed by Dr. Sattam Al-Subaie, CEO of SDAIA's Smart Cities Center of Excellence, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Assem, MWAN's Vice President for Planning and Development, and provides for joint work to develop the waste sector using AI technologies and solutions.
