The National Center for Waste Management ('Mawan') took part in the 5th edition of the 2024 Environment Week Exhibition in Riyadh, under the theme 'Know Your Environment,' with an awareness pavilion themed 'Talaqaha — Qudamak' aimed at raising awareness of waste management and reducing pollution. CEO Dr. Abdullah Al-Sabai opened the pavilion, linking the effort to Saudi Vision 2030. On the sidelines of the exhibition, Mawan signed memoranda of understanding with Matarat Al-Thani Company and the Muruj civil-society foundation for vegetation-cover development, aimed at reducing waste production.
