General / "Mwan" announces the launch of the first platform and project for the development and management of the National Waste Management Platform

عام / "موان" يعلن عن إطلاق أول منصة ومشروع لتطوير وإدارة المنصة الوطنية لإدارة النفايات

The National Center for Waste Management (Mwan), with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the National Center for Privatization, and the Environment Fund, launched an expression-of-interest phase for a public-private partnership project to develop and operate a National Digital Waste Management Platform, under an 11-year DBFOMT contract. The platform will cover 7 core business units with 27 applications, including an electronic waste tracking system (E-manifest), licensing systems, and smart contracts, and investors can apply via mwan.gov.sa or PPP@mwan.gov.sa.
