"Ministry of Municipalities and Housing" Signs a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding with Arab National Bank and Kafaa Association to Support and Empower Ministry-Certified Mobile Vendors

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding with Arab National Bank and the Kafaa Association to establish integrated commercial incubators enabling ministry-certified mobile vendors to operate in a safe, organized environment at affordable costs. Arab National Bank finances the establishment of the incubators, while Kafaa Association handles construction, operation, maintenance, and development, and delivers sales outlets and training programs to beneficiaries. The ministry oversees the initiative's implementation, which extends its 'Basta Khair Al-Saudia' initiative regulating and economically empowering certified mobile vendors, whose second season launched at the start of the current Ramadan across the Kingdom's regions.
