Ministry of Municipalities and Housing: The Emergency and Crisis Center manages seasonal reports through an integrated coordination system during Hajj 1447 AH

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced that its Emergency and Crisis Center operates an integrated system for managing reports and emergency cases during Hajj 1447 AH, utilizing the unified Emerge platform — ranked among the top three global smart-city platforms — to coordinate emergency rooms, field centers, equipment, and shift plans in real time. The Center follows a fully automated operational cycle covering alert reception, situation assessment, leadership briefing, emergency plan execution, and recovery, while issuing periodic and daily reports in coordination with the Makkah and Madinah municipal authorities. The emergency management system is also linked to the "Samed" platform to relay emergency reports to the National Risk Council, reinforcing integration with the national crisis and emergency management framework.
