Ministry of Municipalities and Housing: 146 Million Square Meters of White Land in the Eastern Region Have Entered Development or Trading

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced that white land areas subject to development and trading in the Eastern Region totaled approximately 146 million square meters, reflecting the impact of the white land and vacant real estate fee system. This included 49 million square meters of fully developed land, 61 million square meters that entered trading, and 36 million square meters still under development. The Ministry noted that fee revenues supported 16 development and urban projects in the Eastern Region, and that the "Itmam" real estate developer services center offers more than 35 services covering the development process.
