The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing launched the initiative 'Our Cities Cheer Our Team,' activating municipal squares, parks, and public waterfronts across Saudi Arabia as designated public viewing sites for the Saudi national team's matches in the 2026 World Cup, including the match against Uruguay. The viewing sites, prepared and equipped by regional municipalities, drew large crowds of families, youth, children, and visitors in a national atmosphere, and will remain open throughout the Saudi team's participation in the 2026 World Cup tournament.
