Al-Hogail Launches the "Regulatory Sandbox" Initiative in the Municipal and Housing Sector to Accelerate Testing and Adoption of Innovative Solutions

H.E. the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, launched the "Regulatory Sandbox" initiative in the municipal and housing sector, aimed at accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions and enabling entities to test their solutions in a realistic, safe environment that includes supportive regulatory and legislative measures. The initiative provides a structured environment for testing products and operational models to speed feasibility verification and reduce operational and financial risks, and aims to expand partnerships across the public, private, and third (non-profit) sectors in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Participation requests will be received through a dedicated electronic platform at momah.gov.sa.
