The Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC), a Public Investment Fund company, signed an agreement with Al Rajhi Bank to purchase a residential real estate finance portfolio worth SAR 3 billion, aimed at boosting liquidity and supporting the sustainability of the Kingdom's real estate finance market. SRC CEO Majid bin Fahd Al-Abduljabbar said the agreement extends the company's successful cooperation with Al Rajhi Bank and supports the Housing Program's strategic goals under Saudi Vision 2030. The source notes SRC was established by the Public Investment Fund in 2017 and licensed by the Saudi Central Bank to operate in real estate refinancing.
