The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, launched the Master of City Administration (MCA) program during Saudi Arabia's participation in the 13th World Urban Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan, in partnership with King Saud University. The program aims to develop national competencies and enhance the readiness of urban leaders in line with global transformations in city planning and management. It combines academic depth with executive experience, targeting the qualification of leaders capable of managing urban challenges and producing innovative solutions.
